OCS has developed a range of hair care and treatment products that use the latest natural and certified organic ingredients. The ingredients contained in the Organic Care Systems range have been carefully selected to create products which are both highly effective and gentle to the hair. Plus, they are not manufactured with animal products and they are never tested on animals! The highly advanced formulations are effective on natural, coloured or highlighted hair and are the perfect partner to the other Organic Systems. They are also fantastic retail products for clients to take home to help maintain their hair between visits.
Organic Care Systems is capable of dealing with every hair type and is powerful enough to repair hair in a very short time frame. No matter whether client’s hair is low in protein, moisture or both, our products can return the hair back to a healthy state while maintaining the hair’s optimum isometric pH balance.

Power Build Shampoo - contains special Wheat proteins and vitamin B5 giving strength and volume to the hair whilst protecting the hair from UV damage.
Power Build Treatment - Designed to repair hair that is breaking due to chemical damage, because of its unique balance of proteins and moisturisers this treatment is excellent at maintaining the correct balance in hair. Contains Sunflower seed extract, Wheat proteins, Vitamin B5 and certified organic extracts.
Power Build Conditioner - Designed to add volume and strength without weight on the hair will close down the cuticle giving shine back to the hair. Contains Wheat proteins, Sunflower seed extract, Vitamin B5 and certified organic extracts.
Aqua Boost
For naturally dry or hard hair, the Aqua Boost range is designed to soften the hair's natural inner protein and add moisture to the cuticle allowing it to open and close making the hair more pliable, designed for everyday use.

Soothe Plus
The Soothe Plus range calms, cleanses and rebalances irritated and sensitive scalps naturally. The range comprises a shampoo, treatment and conditioner. These three products have been designed specifically for people with highly sensitive or irritated scalps. They are packed full of botanical and certified organic ingredients to provide a calming and soothing effect. The extremely mild shampoo is also fantastic for use as a body wash for the clients with sensitive skin.
Revamp
Revamp is a highly concentrated Quinoa ProteinTreatment for chemically damaged or weak, fine, limp hair that has been formulated to help strengthen the hair and reduce breakage.
Certified organic ingredients such as comfrey, wheat protein, and citric acids, along with other essential oils, amino acids and antioxidants combine to make this the most natural and powerful Protein strengthening product on the market. This Protein treatment is 100% formaldehyde free.
Organic Curl Systems
Organic Curl Systems is a revolutionary, multifunctional perming, straightening, and relaxing product which is completely free from ammonia and thioglycolates. Instead, it contains Cysteamin HCL, which is a far gentler ingredient, and the neutralizer system contains plant amino acids, which soothes and conditions the scalp. The hair is left with a natural feel and shine.
Curly hair should look natural and in excellent condition. Organic Curl Systems creates curls full of volume and movement. It is suitable for all perming and relaxing techniques, including weave wind, root lift and traditional perms, as well as straightening and relaxing. Organic Curl Systems works between pH 4.5 and 6.5, depending on how much activator is added and leaves the hair around its natural pH level, so it is undamaged by the perming process. Organic Curl Systems is suitable for all hair types, even damaged hair. The ingredients contained in Organic Curl Systems have been carefully selected to create a product which is as natural as possible, while doing the job it is intended for. The neutraliser is rich in wheat and soy protein, which are natural hair conditioners and moisturisers. The wheat protein also increases protein levels and strengthens the hair.

No Plastic Styling TM
Organic Control Systems ‘no plastic Styling’ is the first and only range of styling products to be completely plastic free. Bonds made with traditional plastic-based products tend to be brittle and break under vigorous movement. This causes the style to lose shape and require re-styling or touching-up to maintain a freshly styled look over the course a day.
Instead, Organic Control Systems offers a flexible hold, with superb curl retention, anti-frizz benefits and a lustrous shine that allows the hair to move naturally, while holding the style in place. There is none of the crispy, crunchy feeling that you get with plastic-based styling products, which work by coating the hair with a synthetic and toxic plastic film. The range comprises 8 products:
Hairspray
Contains a natural blend of proteins and conditioners, which protect the hair after the styling process, as well as adding body and shine.
Glaze
Contains a unique blend of plant proteins and conditioners which provide the hair with body, hold and shine. The gentle, alcohol-free formulation increases the conditioning effects and does not damage the hair even if used regularly.
Gel
Suitable for all hair types. Use for short hair. Use as a finishing product. Contains Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan): a natural seaweed extract, which is a superb fixative and moisturiser; Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) seed extract: an organic UV absorber; and Glycerin: an organic moisturiser.
Organic Connect
Organic Connect products have been formulated with as many natural and organic extracts as possible, chosen for their powerful properties, including:
- Certified organic jojoba seed oil (Simmondsia Chinensis) and Hydrolysed wheat gluten chosen for their natural conditioning action.
- Sunflower oil to protect the hair from the damaging effects of UV.
- Certified organic aloe leaf juice (Aloe Barbadensis), chamomile flower extract (Anthemis Nobilis) and comfrey root extract (Symphytum Officinalis) in the shampoo chosen for their soothing and moisturising properties. Chamomile is also used an anti-inflammatory agent.
- Certified organic sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) works to soften and smooth the hair.
- Panthenol (Vitamin B) is a moisturiser and body builder.
Whilst we have endeavoured to provide these products with as many natural and organic ingredients as possible, some of the ingredients necessary to make the products effective are synthetic because they do not yet have “natural” equivalents. As new ingredients become available and we are able to reformulate these products, we will move them out of the Organic Connect range into Organic Care or Control Systems. In the meantime, however, we hope they will provide a solution to some of your specific hairdressing needs.
The range comprises the following products:
Silver Shampoo
This is a gentle shampoo for use on pre-lightened hair and white / grey hair. It is an excellent product to use after lightening or highlighting hair, in order to maintain a clean, clear colour. It is also ideal for more mature clients with grey / white hair. The violet tones in this shampoo reduce unwanted orange / yellow in hair. This protein and moisture based shampoo is pH balanced to keep the cuticle closed, enhancing shine.
Aqua Boost Hydrate Leave-In Conditioner
This is a very rich, moisturising conditioner for dry, brittle hair. It is designed to leave hair silky soft with a deep natural shine. This product is ideal for clients with dry hair and is particularly suitable for use in warm climates. Hydrate Leave-In Conditioner imparts moisture into the cuticle, giving the hair greater flexibility, shine and lustre.
Finale Hairspray
Finale Hairspray is a firm hold hairspray, which is gentle on the hair. While Organic Control Systems hairspray provides a soft, natural hold, Finale Hairspray caters for clients who like a strong hold to their finished look and is especially good for hair up styles. The unique blend of conditioners leaves the hair shiny, with natural looking hold.
Thermal 2 Twenty
Thermal 2 Twenty is a revolutionary styling product, designed to protect hair up to temperatures of 220° C. Regular use of thermal styling appliances such as straighteners, tongs, etc. subject the hair to high temperatures, which can damage the hair by removing moisture. The hair is left dry, brittle and fragile, often causing the hair to break. In addition, the proteins in hair can become unstable and the hair's structure can be affected. Hair, therefore, requires protection from such damaging effects of heat. Thermal 2 Twenty is designed to prevent such damage from occurring.
Thermal 2 Twenty has been designed to offer protection from heat caused by styling appliances and works up to 220° C, which exceeds many competitive products on the market. Thermal styling raises the cuticle of the hair, which can create friction during combing. Thermal 2 Twenty improves the smoothness of the hair's surface and reduces friction, which allows for easier combing. Furthermore, it protects against significant loss of hair strength caused by heat. Finally, Thermal 2 Twenty also offers mild hold properties. For more intense conditioning, leave Thermal 2 Twenty on the hair for five minutes before styling. Overall hair is protected from considerable damage, is easier to comb and dry / straighten. Hair is left smooth, straight and glossy.
Texture
Texture is a medium hold styling product and gives your hair defined styles. It is also superb as a finishing product for smooth ends. This product is silicone-free. The putty also contains some key ingredients: Quartz: a natural abrasive, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein PG-Propyl Silantriol: a naturally-derived conditioner, which helps to prevent damage caused by blow drying and styling and enhances hair gloss and smoothness, Beeswax: a naturally-derived fixative and PEG-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate: a thickening agent. contains no petroleum jelly or mineral oil.
